• Please send an email to info@prerequisitebeauty.com for return approval before shipping products. Returns without prior approval may or may not be processed.
• Include the Prerequisite Beauty original packing slip with your items.
• Package your return item in the product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
• Select a carrier of your choice, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. You are responsible for returns and tracking of individual returns.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
